Hi there! I'm Marilyn O'Connor, President of Arrecife Development. I was born and raised in Minnesota and have previous management and sales experience in both the Travel and Real Estate businesses. I've travelled extensively and found no better real estate and investment opportunites than right here on the Mexican Riviera. I've lived and worked in both cultures and speak both languages.

After three years of investing and managing properties in Puerto Morelos, I have opened a Real Estate office in the heart of the village selling investment, commercial, residential, and vacation properties, including beachfront land.

Carlos Barrera has been living and working in and around Puerto Morelos for the past 20 years. From working with crocodiles at the Crococun Zoo to owning his own Jeep Safari business he has witnessed first hand the transition from a few hotels on the beach in Cancun to the explosion of the Riviera Maya. Carlos speaks both languages.

Growing up in Merida and working most of his adult life on the Yucutan, Carlos also knows the inland regions as well as the coast, and is an expert in finding the perfect parcels of land for our clients.
